Earning Play Cards:
Play Cards can be earned at OshKosh B’gosh retail stores February 12, 2010 through March 12, 2010.To qualify for Play Cards during the earning period, purchase must exceed $25 after other discounts and promotions and before tax. For every $25 spent at OshKosh B’gosh retail stores during an earnings period, you will receive one $10 Play Card (for example, 1 Play Card for $25 spent, 2 Play Cards for $50 spent, etc.).*

Redeeming Play Cards:
Play Cards earned between February 12, 2010 through March 12, 2010 can only be redeemed at OshKosh B’gosh retail stores between March 13, 2010 through April 3, 2010.To qualify for Play Card redemption, purchase must exceed $35 before tax, other discounts, and promotions. Play Card discount will be deducted in $10 increments per $35 spent (for example, 1 Play Card for $35 spent, 2 Play Cards for $70 spent, etc.). Consumer may redeem up to a maximum of 20 Play Cards for $700 spent in one transaction.*

To qualify for Play Cards during the earning period, purchase must exceed $25 after other discounts and promotions and before tax. During the redemption period, purchase must exceed $35 before tax, other discounts, and promotions. OshKosh B’gosh shall, in its sole discretion, determine the order of applying discounts. Qualifying purchase must be made in one transaction. Transactions may not be combined to meet earning and redemption thresholds.

Play Cards are good for one-time use and must be surrendered at the time of redemption. Play Cards cannot be used on the purchase of gift cards, applied to a previous purchase, or redeemable for cash. Play Cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen or expired. Cannot be copied, transferred or sold. Consumer pays sales tax. Consumer will receive the price paid (after discount) on all returned or exchanged merchandise. Play Card discount will be applied as a percentage discount on each item in the transaction. The value of the Play Card will not be refunded in the event of a return or exchange.

Play Cards may not be sold, altered, duplicated, negotiated, auctioned or bartered and may not be transferred in conjunction with the sale or barter of another item(s). Any violation of the above will result in deactivation of the affected Play Cards.

Employees or spouses of employees of OshKosh B’Gosh, Inc., Carter’s, Inc., Carter’s Retail, Inc., and The William Carter Company are not eligible to participate. Use of this coupon constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, except where prohibited by law.
